MERN Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (4-8 yrs)

As a MERN Stack Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building and enhancing our product offerings, managing end-to-end development from backend to frontend. Key Responsibilities :

- Full-Stack Development : Lead end-to-end development, creating RESTful APIs, building interactive UIs, and ensuring smooth integration of frontend and backend technologies.

- Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with our Testing and Product teams to understand requirements and deliver robust, scalable features.

- Technical Problem Solving : Support the team with complex technical challenges and provide solutions to improve code quality and performance.

- Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in software development.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Write comprehensive unit tests (using Mocha/Jest) and ensure that code is well-documented and maintainable.

- Microservices & Docker : Work with microservices architecture and containerization tools (Docker) for streamlined development and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience : 4+ years of professional experience in MERN Stack development, including Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and React.js.

Technical Expertise :

- Advanced proficiency in React.js, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB (including MongoDB Atlas).

- Solid experience with Microservices and Docker for scalable application deployment.

- Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+) for creating modern web applications.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Mocha and Jest to ensure code quality.

- Exposure to React Native (at least one project).

Bonus Skills :

- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.

- Understanding of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

Qualifications :

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills : Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
