Lead MERN Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (4-5 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced MERN Developer with a strong background in systems architecture, Large Language Models (LLM), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of full-stack development, AI/ML technologies, and the ability to design and implement scalable, robust systems.

Responsibilities :

1. Design and develop scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.

2. Implement and optimize Large Language Models and other AI solutions into web applications.

3. Design and document system architecture for robust and efficient AI-powered solutions.

4. Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

5. Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of web applications and AI models.

6. Stay updated on advancements in AI/ML and LLMs to integrate cutting-edge solutions.

7. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

8. Ensure that applications are secure and comply with relevant data protection standards.

Required Skills :

1. Proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.

2. Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.

3. Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, BERT, or similar.

4. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying scalable applications.

5. Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

5. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration systems like Kubernetes.

Architectural Skills :

1. Ability to design high-level system architectures for AI-powered solutions.

2. Experience with scalable database designs and data pipelines.

3. Proficient in designing secure and high-performing distributed systems.

AI Expertise :

1. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and working with unstructured data.

2. Experience integrating pre-trained AI/LLM models into applications.
