Enterprise Sales Manager


Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve enterprise sales targets and business objectives.

- Drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new enterprise clients.

- Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, deal closures, and post-sales account management.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.

- Develop and implement account growth strategies, ensuring product adoption and expansion within existing enterprise clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customized solutions aligned with client needs.

- Lead enterprise contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development.

- Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline progress, and market trends to optimize sales strategies.

- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and demand planning to align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).

Must-Have Requirements:

- 3 to 4 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the SaaS, IT, or B2B industries.

- Proven track record of managing and closing high-value enterprise deals.

- Experience in handling key accounts, negotiating large contracts, and driving revenue growth.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales strategies, CRM tools, and account management best practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Prior experience working in the Delhi NCR region is a plus.
