Senior Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to build and deliver high-impact features.

- Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze competitive trends to inform product decisions.

- Prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

- Monitor product performance using key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving iteration.

- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI or technology-driven domains.

- Proven track record of launching and managing successful products.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform decisions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Background in AI/ML-driven products or SaaS platforms.

- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.

- Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design practices.

- MBA or equivalent experience in a product leadership role
