Key Responsibilities of a B2C Product Manager :

Data-Driven Decision Making :
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Analyze data from customer usage, feedback, and other sources to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use A/B testing and experimentation to validate ideas and optimize product features.
User Experience Optimization :
- Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and delightful customer experiences.
- Continuously improve the product's usability, accessibility, and engagement.
- Collect and implement user feedback to refine features and address pain points.
Stakeholder Management :
- Manage expectations and build trust with senior management, stakeholders, and partners.
- Clearly articulate product goals, priorities, and updates to various audiences.
- Align cross-departmental objectives to ensure product goals are met.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
