Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy (4-7 yrs)

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in product management, ideally in early-stage or fast-growing business environments.

- Experience working with a product engineering services company is a must.

- Proven expertise in building and scaling products during the early stages of their life cycle for clients across various industries.

- Strong knowledge of product/project management frameworks and methodologies, such as RICE, JTBD (Jobs to Be Done), or Agile development.

- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences, including clients.

- Experience with tools for product management, analytics, and collaboration (e. g., JIRA, Figma, etc. ).

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive evidence-based decisions.
