Product Vision and Roadmap: Work with the founders to define product vision and roadmap by identifying business needs and opportunities.
Market Research and Insights: Work closely with customer-facing and product marketing teams to synthesize market research and provide perspective to the team to help inform insights and decisions.
Feature Planning: Plan and gather requirements for new product features.
Product Requirements and Strategy: Write product requirements that also include detailed experimentation and execution plans, and define a roll-out strategy for features across our customer base.
UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create concepts and with engineering to implement and iterate on solutions.
Roadmap Prioritization: Interact with the development team for prioritization of roadmap items.
Customer Feedback: Engage with customers for feedback and input to identify areas of improvement and product expansion.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate the product strategy and roadmap with all stakeholders across business functions at regular intervals.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Be strongly data-driven in understanding product usage metrics, measuring success and failure of different features, and adapting the product to meet customer needs optimally.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a technical field, preferably Computer Science.
5+ years of product management experience working directly with engineering teams to plan, develop, and deliver fast-paced SaaS software products.
Excellent presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate positioning and technology to technical, sales, and executive audiences.
Track record of defining product roadmap, success metrics, and prioritizing feature development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to use data to drive decision making while managing multiple projects and requests from different groups of stakeholders.
