Senior Product Manager

Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of key product initiatives at Leverage Edu. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations teams to build scalable and user-centric products that enhance student experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, develop, and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to create seamless user experiences.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Use data-driven decision-making to optimize user engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product features.
• Analyze product performance metrics, conduct user research, and iterate based on insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product initiatives and manage expectations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in edtech, consumer internet, or SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, wireframing, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience working with UX/UI design teams to create intuitive and engaging experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Knowledge of AI-driven personalization and data analytics is a plus.
