JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

Anubavam Technologies is seeking a dynamic Product Manager with proven experience in SaaS
or ERP projects, ideally with a strong understanding of EdTech solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle while ensuring alignment with the company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for SaaS/ERP projects in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscape, and identify key industry trends, especially in the EdTech sector.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into a clear, actionable product vision and strategy.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective product development.
• Coordinate with UX/UI designers to enhance the user experience and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Partner with project managers to ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and feature specification.
• Define, measure, and improve key product metrics to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, and work with agile teams for efficient sprint planning and execution.
• Engage directly with clients and end-users to understand pain points, gather feedback, and continuously improve the product.
• Serve as the primary advocate for customer experience, ensuring the product addresses customer needs effectively.
• Identify new opportunities for product enhancements, features, and updates based on client feedback and industry trends.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or ERP projects.
• Proven experience in product lifecycle management, from concept through execution.
• Knowledge or experience in EdTech is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work across departments and with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with EdTech industry challenges and opportunities.
• Technical proficiency to work closely with engineering teams.
• Ability to gather and interpret user feedback to make data-driven product decisions.
