Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies (12-16 yrs)

Requirements & Skills :

- Minimum 12+ years of experience working with software development life cycle models, Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment

- Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams

- Sufficient level of technical background to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues

- Prior work experience in an early-stage company is a plus

- Good understanding of agile principles and scrum methodology

- Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects with various moving parts

- Experience architecting enterprise-class business intelligence solutions in a commercial environment.

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Flexible, resourceful, and creative in approach

- Life science experience, a plus
