Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies (10-11 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with over a decade of experience in managing complex and large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will excel in planning, execution, and delivery while effectively managing teams, stakeholders, and resources to achieve strategic objectives.

Project Planning & Execution :

1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with organizational objectives.

2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

3. Monitor project progress, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Stakeholder Management :

1. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.

2. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.

3. Resolve conflicts and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Team Leadership :

1. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and productivity.

2. Assign tasks and responsibilities while tracking team performance.

3. Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

Risk & Change Management :

1. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

2. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while minimizing impact.

3. Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for future improvement.

Budget Management :

1. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.

2. Analyze financial data and make adjustments to achieve project profitability.

2. Ensure projects adhere to organizational policies, standards, and frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

1. 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing multiple, large-scale projects.

Leadership & Management :

1. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a matrix or cross-functional environment.

2. Experience in conflict resolution and team development.

Project Management Skills :

1. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

2. Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.

3. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner are preferred.

Communication & Collaboration :

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Ability to effectively communicate technical and non-technical information to diverse audiences.

Education :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
