Job Summary:
We are seeking a Transition Manager to lead and oversee the smooth transition of IT services, business processes, or projects from implementation to steady-state operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transition management, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, and service stabilization while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage the end-to-end transition of services or projects into production environments
- Develop and maintain transition plans, risk assessments, and governance frameworks for seamless delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Monitor key SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure service stability post-transition
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution
- Ensure knowledge transfer and training sessions are effectively conducted for ongoing operations teams
- Lead post-implementation reviews, document lessons learned, and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices, change management, and service delivery standards.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years in Transition Management, Service Delivery, or Program/Project Management
- Strong expertise in ITIL frameworks, process optimization, and change management
- Proven ability to manage complex transitions in IT services, infrastructure, cloud, or business processes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze risks, manage escalations, and drive resolutions effectively
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ITSM tools, project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and reporting tools like Power BI etc
- Certifications: ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2 (good to have)
