Workday Techno Functional Consultant

Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Compensation, and Absence Management. 

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and customize Workday functionalities to meet business needs. 

- Manage data migration, integrations, and testing activities during Workday implementations and upgrades. 

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Workday platform, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems promptly. 

- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making. 

- Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and enhancements, assess their impact on existing configurations, and implement necessary changes. 

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, providing guidance and training to end-users as needed. 

- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. 

- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert on Workday functionalities.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday, including implementation, configuration, and support. 

- Strong technical proficiency in Workday modules, with expertise in at least one functional area (e.g., HCM, Payroll). 

- Experience with Workday integrations, reporting, and data management tools. 

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

- Workday certification(s) preferred. 

- Experience with Workday security administration and role-based access controls is a plus.
