HR Executive - HR Operations (Compliance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Executive to join our team in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, including payroll administration, compliance, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR reporting. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a deep understanding of labor laws, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Administration: Process payroll, calculate overtime, bonuses, and prepare reports.
• Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, manage contract labor compliance, and prepare audit reports.
• Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
• Employee Benefits & Deductions: Administer benefits, manage statutory deductions, and implement welfare programs.
• Employee Engagement: Design engagement programs, conduct surveys, and organize recognition and wellness initiatives.
• Leave & Attendance Management: Track leave balances and monitor attendance for payroll processing.
• HR Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on payroll, recruitment, engagement, and turnover metrics.
• Employee Queries & Support: Address payroll, benefits, and compliance-related queries and resolve grievances.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (such as in payroll or recruitment) are preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the textile or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
• Strong command of MS Excel and other HR software tools.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities.
