💼 Job Responsibilities:

✅ Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Ensure smooth employee induction and orientation.

✅ Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.

Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture.

✅ Payroll & Compliance Management

Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Ensure adherence to labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.

✅ HR Operations & Administration

Maintain and update HR records, policies, and documentation.

Support in drafting HR policies and implementing best practices.

Handle performance management and training & development activities.
