Job Description: Visual Merchandiser

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing our retail environment. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually stunning product displays that align with our brand identity and marketing initiatives. Your role will ensure that our store and window displays captivate customers, drive sales, and create an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Display & Layout: Design and implement visually appealing product displays that align with brand guidelines, creating an engaging shopping environment for customers.

2. Window and In-Store Displays: Develop and maintain dynamic window and in-store displays, strategically showcasing products to enhance visibility, attract attention, and boost sales.

3. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency across all visual displays by adhering to brand guidelines, reflecting the companys identity, values, and current marketing campaigns.

4. Trend Analysis & Adaptation: Stay up to date with retail trends, monitor competitor displays, and adapt product displays to align with customer preferences and market demands.

5. Inventory Management: Collaborate with sales and stock teams to ensure product displays align with stock availability, while regularly rotating displays to keep offerings fresh and engaging.

6. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of product displays using sales data, customer feedback, and engagement metrics, making adjustments to optimize performance.

7. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and store management teams to create and execute merchandising strategies that attract customers and increase conversion rates.

8. Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices, ensuring all employees are equipped to maintain display quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar retail role, particularly in the home textile industry.
• Strong creative, organizational, and visual skills with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Knowledge of current retail trends, customer preferences, and sales performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide training to staff.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and project management abilities.
• Experience in inventory management and ensuring products are effectively represented in displays.

Other Details:

• Work Location: Wagle estate, Thane West
• Work Timing: 9 -6 pm / 9-7 pm IST time
• Working days: Monday to Saturday
• All Sunday off
