What are we looking for? Graduate, Post Graduate or Graduate in Fine ArtsBasic knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research and optimization.Knowledge of digital ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.Familiarity with social media analytics tools to gauge campaign performance.
Roles and Responsibilities: Creative Project Planning:oDevelop detailed project plans tailored to creative deliverables, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.oTranslate client briefs into actionable tasks for creative teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.oManage end-to-end production cycles for creative assets, including print, digital, and multimedia. Cross-Functional Coordination:oAct as a liaison between creative teams and other stakeholders (e.g., marketing, product, or external clients).oEnsure alignment between creative vision and business objectives across all projects.oSchedule regular check-ins with design and production teams to track progress and address bottlenecks. Quality Assurance:oReview creative outputs (e.g., designs, videos, animations) to ensure they meet brand guidelines, creative standards, and project objectives.oCoordinate feedback from stakeholders, ensuring clear communication to creative teams for revisions.oConduct final checks to confirm deliverables are print- or web-ready as required. Resource and Timeline Management:oAllocate resources efficiently, balancing workloads across design, content, and animation teams.oMonitor deadlines and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate shifts in project scope or priorities.oEnsure all creative deliverables are delivered on time, without compromising quality. Creative Process Development:oRefine and document creative workflows, from briefing to final delivery, to ensure consistency and efficiency.oImplement tools and processes for tracking creative requests, approvals, and revisions.oStay updated on best practices in creative project management and integrate them into daily operations. Stakeholder Communication:oPresent project updates, timelines, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders.oManage expectations for creative outputs, providing realistic timelines and solutions for delays.oFacilitate brainstorming sessions and creative reviews to align teams with project goals.
