Job Title: Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and effectively managing the sales process.

Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


  • Achieve Monthly/Quarterly Sales Targets
    • Conduct bi-weekly reviews with Manager Sales and VP-Sales.
    • Share documented reviews via email to VP-Sales.
    • KPIs: Monthly Target: 2 units; Quarterly Target: 6 units.

  • Convert Leads into Sales
    • Ensure a high conversion ratio through effective lead handling and adherence to the sales process.
    • KPIs: Conversion Ratio: 10-12%.

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships
    • Foster long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • KPIs: Customer Satisfaction: 90%+.

  • Engage with Potential Customers
    • Understand client requirements and provide tailored property showcases.
    • KPIs: 100% engagement with all assigned leads.

  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Maintain accurate records on ERP systems like FARVISION.
    • Submit timely reports to management.
    • KPIs: Accurate ERP entries and timely reporting.

  • Manage Site Visits and Property Demonstrations
    • Conduct effective site visits and present property features, pricing, and payment plans clearly.
    • KPIs: Conduct all scheduled site visits with detailed client explanations.

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting
    • Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, and marketing events like CREDAI fairs.
    • KPIs: Track number of leads generated from various sources.

  • Collaboration for Negotiation Processes
    • Follow the no-negotiation policy and direct any client requests to the HOD.
    • KPIs: Adherence to no-negotiation policy and HOD coordination.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in ERP tools like FARVISION.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
