Total Experience: 6+ years
Relevant Experience: At least 5+ years in the insurance industry

Job Description:
The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales through the agency channel in Nashik and surrounding areas. This includes recruiting, training, and managing agents to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in insurance sales, a strong agent network, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of insurance agents.
- Drive and exceed sales targets through the agency channel.
- Implement strategies to improve agent productivity and performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure long-term engagement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to agents.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
