We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to Director to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director

Location: Nashik
Industry: Real Estate

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Executive Assistance, Business Management, or Administration are a plus.

Relevant Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate sector or corporate leadership support.

Total Experience:

  • 4-6 years of overall professional experience in administration, coordination, or executive support roles.

Desired Skills (Primary Skills):

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
  • Calendar and travel management expertise.
  • Report writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Secondary Skills (Additional/Optional):

  • Exposure to CRM, ERP, or real estate management software.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Experience in corporate event planning.
  • Understanding of real estate industry dynamics.

Role Description:

  • Manage the Directors calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, external clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Assist in project coordination, tracking deliverables, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data compilation for business insights.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Oversee documentation, filing systems, and key decision records.
  • Support in corporate events, client meetings, and investor relations activities.
  • Monitor business deadlines, contracts, and commitments to ensure timely execution.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP software used in the real estate industry.
