We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our success by delivering excellent customer experiences and driving sales.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Offer personalized property solutions based on client requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying/renting process.
  • Respond to client inquiries, provide guidance, and address concerns promptly.

2. Property Showcasing:

  • Schedule and conduct property viewings for both residential and commercial properties.
  • Provide detailed information about the property, including features, benefits, and potential drawbacks.
  • Assist clients in visualizing the propertys potential and offer suggestions for personalization.
  • Ensure properties are presented in the best possible light, making sure they are clean, well-organized, and ready for viewings.

3. Documentation and Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions, including contracts, agreements, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and other professionals involved in the property transaction process.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and progress.

4. Market Research and Reporting:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the real estate market, including property values, pricing trends, and neighborhood developments.
  • Provide clients with informed advice based on market research and current property performance.
  • Prepare and present regular market reports and updates on property values and trends to both clients and internal teams.

5. Fieldwork and Office Duties:

  • Split your time equally between fieldwork (approximately 50%) and office-based administrative tasks (approximately 50%).
  • In the field: Conduct property viewings, attend client meetings, and follow up on leads.
  • In the office: Handle client follow-ups, manage documentation, and perform administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a proven track record of client relationship management and successful deal closures.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate markets.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software (e.g., CRM tools, property listing platforms).
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in property management or real estate marketing.
  • Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
