Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to establish and maintain client relationships.

• Client Acquisition and Management:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Property Sales:
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets for both residential and commercial properties.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Provide clients with market insights to guide them in making informed decisions.
• Documentation:
• Assist clients with the documentation and paperwork related to property transactions.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
