Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage residential sales team to achieve monthly targets through channel partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (preferably).
  
• Strong understanding of channel sales principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
