Role: Architecture

InternProject: Westin Project Green Building Design & Compliances

Location: Samraat Group, Nashik

Eligibility:

• Pursuing a 5-year B.Arch program (currently in the 4th year)
• Fresh graduates of Architecture are also welcome

Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Green Building Design: Knowledge of sustainable architecture, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly construction methods
• Compliance & Certifications: Familiarity with IGBC, LEED, and GRIHA certifications
• Software Proficiency:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / Revit (for 3D modeling & rendering)
• MS Office Suite (for documentation & presentations)
• Knowledge of Energy Simulation Tools (preferred)
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and conceptual design skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing green building concepts for the Westin Project
• Prepare documentation for green building certifications
• Coordinate with senior architects to integrate sustainable design strategies
• Work on architectural drawings, layouts, and plans
• Conduct research on sustainable materials and techniques
• Support energy simulations for efficiency benchmarks
• Participate in site visits and project meetings
