Job Description:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Proactively identify and pursue potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads for properties within the real estate division.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
- Provide personalized assistance and guidance throughout the property search, negotiation, and closing process.
3. Property Presentations and Tours:
- Conduct property presentations and tours to showcase available listings to prospective buyers.
- Highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions of each property to effectively meet client requirements.
4. Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Handle objections, resolve conflicts, and address concerns raised by clients during the negotiation process.
5. Market Analysis and Pricing Strategy:
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current real estate trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
- Develop pricing strategies and recommendations based on market data and client preferences.
6. Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures, are accurately prepared and executed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
7. Sales Reporting and Performance Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, property showings, and offers submitted.
- Track sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length to evaluate individual and team effectiveness.
8. Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the buying process and beyond.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure overall satisfaction and loyalty.
9. Continuous Learning and Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in real estate sales and marketing.
- Attend training sessions, seminars, and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and professional development.
10. Team Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments, including marketing, finance, and property management, to support overall business objectives.
- Communicate regularly with management and team members to share updates, insights, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Desired Skills:
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Total no. of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the real estate industry.
Relevant Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales within the real estate sector
