POSITION - Assistant Manager/Deputy. Manager Key Accounts
LOCATION - Mumbai & Noida
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
Will be responsible and accountable for Managing Key Accounts for the sales of Admixtures and Construction Systems Business.
• Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients like Key Accounts such as L&T, Tata Projects, Afcons etc. in Infra and Builder Developer segments.
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and also doing specifications for selected Acoounts.
• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain Trust.
• Monthly planning & reporting, preparing Sales reports.
• Sales Forecast and Market Intelligence.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction index.
• Maintain and observe the quality, environment, health, safety in the system. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION MBA - Marketing with Diploma/ B.E
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP - 4 to 8 years
NATURE OF EXPERIENCE -
Experience of managing Key Accounts such as L&T, Tata Projects, Afcons etc. in Infra and Builder Developer segments.
