JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
In order to Grow in our B2B Direct business wherein our Customers are Infra companies such as L&T, S&P, Tata Projects and the “End” customers are – MMRDA, CPWD, Nuclear Power Corporation of India, NHAI etc, we do need to enter early into Design phase of the proposed project – these structural designs are done by “Structural Consultants” – that’s the place where we do need to promote “Chryso” so that our admixture and our CS products get embedded at the design stage and the designer is well aware of Chryso brand.
Similarly, in our Distribution Business, Demand is generated from Builders/Developers who buy concrete from either National RMX or Ind RMX wherein we push our Admixture. In this case also, the Civil Structures are Designed by “Structural Consultants”.
Thus, Structural Consultants are “Keys” for early specification actions and are route to reach the end clients such as MMRDA, CPWD, EIL, Nuclear Power Corporation etc.
Experience :
We are looking people who are “Passionately” connecting with Structural Consultants, End Clients to specify their products into Construction Industry.
Technical Competencies :
The person should have “Technical Orientation” to feel comfortable in reaching to Structural Consultants and End Clients and moving along the hierarchy of these organisations to comfortably talk and present technical solutions – he should be doing this role with full passion
Soft competencies
The candidate should be adapt in communication, influencing and result-orientation attributes. The candidate should be curious learner of new technical solutions and should be agile and result oriented.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Diploma/ B.E – Civil + MBA preferred
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP Experience of 10-12 years, from any Building Material products with exposure of Clients, Consultants, Contractors
