Role Synopsis

SAAN GLOBAL is a Business Representative, Agent, Distributors & formulators of a wide range of specialty chemicals, located in the Delhi NCR (India) region having pan India presence

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for Silanes & Silicones, focusing on applications in paints, coatings, agriculture, and automotive industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of these products and proven sales expertise in relevant markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for Silanes & Silicones.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in paints, coatings, agriculture, and automotive sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the customer base and enhance global market presence.
  • Proactively generate leads and identify new business opportunities through targeted prospecting efforts
  • Craft sales pitches & conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers to effectively showcase the value proposition
  • Demonstrate product expertise to facilitate successful sales closures
  • Conduct in-depth meetings with prospective clients, understanding their requirements to foster long-term relationships
  • Drive new sales opportunities by leveraging existing client relationships and acquiring new customers.
  • Monitor & report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, actively networking and promoting products.
  • Responsible for strong public relation management. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers across multiple locations, ensuring comprehensive end-to-end support.
  • Input new sales inquiries into the companys database and update program files in the database as needed.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers based on their specific needs.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and potential growth areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, marketing, and supply chain to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans to management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers while ensuring profitability.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand presence and generate leads.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/master’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in sales of Silanes & Silicones or related specialty chemicals.
  • Location:- Noida
  • Strong network and knowledge of paints, coatings, agriculture, and automotive sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple accounts, and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales within the specialty chemicals industry.
  • Knowledge of product formulations and applications in the target industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
