PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - KRAFT PAPER

SAAN is a specialty chemical manufacturing and trading firm located in the Delhi NCR region with a pan India presence. SAAN is expanding its operations and will soon begin the production of castor oil. We are looking for a dedicated individual to take full responsibility for the end-to-end coordination of the castor seed procurement, production process, and related supply chain management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Identifying and liaising with reliable suppliers of raw materials.
• Managing the day-to-day procurement and inventory of raw materials required for Kraft paper production.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with raw material suppliers.
• Managing the entire Kraft paper production process.
• Overseeing the supply and distribution of the manufactured Kraft paper to end customers.
• Ensuring smooth and efficient management of the supply chain.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
• Identifying opportunities for production process optimization, value addition, and cost reduction.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Taking a leadership role in production planning, safety and compliance, quality assurance, process improvements, and inventory management.

Required Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in Kraft paper production or similar manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience in handling the production and quality control processes for paper or related products.
• Experience in managing plant operations and supply chain logistics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle technical and commercial discussions.
• Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and ERP systems.
