Head - Business Development - Financial Services (10-23 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business development and fund-raising strategies to attract new investors and grow the fund.

- Identify and target potential investors, including HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, wealth managers, and distributors.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to prospective investors.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing materials and campaigns.

- Manage investor relations, ensuring clear and timely communication with existing and potential investors.

- Monitor fund performance and provide regular updates to investors.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and other relevant legal requirements.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, fund raising, or a related role within the AIF category, wealth management, or financial services industry.

- Strong network of contacts within the HNI, wealth management, and distributor communities.

- Proven track record of successfully raising capital and growing investment funds.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Deep understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements for Category III AIFs.
