Job Title: Head of Sales
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to drive the growth of our Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) products across various B2B channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial product sales, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales efforts for PMS and AIF products across Wealth Management, Private Client Groups (PCG), Banks, and Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners by delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions.
- Build and expand the IFA channel, ensuring comprehensive market penetration and enhanced distribution capabilities.
- Communicate the firm's investment strategies and product offerings effectively to relationship managers and team leaders within partner organizations.
- Organize and lead team huddles, training sessions, and client events to boost sales engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and - optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
- Achieve both short-term targets and long-term business growth objectives while adhering to high standards of quality and compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in financial services, particularly in the distribution of PMS, AIF, or related investment products.
- Proven ability to manage B2B channels and build long-lasting relationships with Wealth Managers, RMs, and IFAs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business objectives and navigate competitive landscapes.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at working in a fast-paced environment.
