The key responsibilities of a Business Head for LAP, Home Loans, and Affordable Housing include:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share in home loans, loan against property, and affordable housing segments.

2. Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, credit, and operations, to achieve business targets.



3. Product Development: Oversee the design and enhancement of loan products to meet customer needs and market demands.



4. Customer Acquisition & Retention: Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to acquire new customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
