Job Description - As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Head of Sales to lead our sales team, own the P&L, and drive exponential business growth

Description
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 12-15 sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to double the business revenue within a year.
- Monitor team performance, set clear KPIs, and provide regular feedback to ensure consistent growth.
P&L Ownership:
- Take full ownership of the P&L, ensuring profitability and optimal resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve margins.
- Prepare and present financial performance reports directly to the Founder.
Client Acquisition & Management:
- Drive the acquisition of new clients, focusing on high-value and long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across industries.
- Develop customized OOH advertising solutions to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction.
Market Expansion & Business Development:
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling pitches and campaigns.
- Expand the company's presence in untapped markets and explore new advertising formats.
Ownership & Accountability:
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership in all aspects of sales and business development.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder and senior leadership to align sales goals with the company vision.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the sales team.
Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of Out of Home (OOH) advertising, with a proven track record in the industry.
- Sales Leadership: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Business Growth: Proven ability to drive business growth and scale revenue by acquiring and onboarding new clients.
- Client Relations: Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers in relevant industries.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
- High Ownership: A self-starter with a sense of ownership, accountability, and a growth mindset.
