Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a bank branch, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and branch revenue.

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

Operations Management:

- Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

- Manage staff performance, training, and development.

Customer Service:

- Ensure exceptional customer experience through effective issue resolution and feedback.

- Foster strong relationships with customers and community leaders.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with bank's risk management framework.

- Implement controls to prevent fraud and errors.

Financial Management:

- Manage branch budget, expenses, and profitability.

- Analyze financial performance and provide insights for improvement.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address performance issues.

Compliance and Regulatory:

- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, laws, and internal policies.

- Conduct audits and risk assessments as required.

Community Engagement:

- Participate in local community events and promote branch services.
