Job Brief:

- Lead and manage East Delhi & NFC Branches within the organization.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.

- Oversee and coordinate the activities of branch managers and teams.

Responsibilities:

Requirements and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

- Master's preferred.

- Proven 10+ Yrs of experience in leadership roles within the industry or a similar sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic and competitive environment.
