Proposition Head - BFS (14-24 yrs)

Job Purpose: This role is to ensure orderly transfer of assets, estate planning, facilitate tax efficiency and provide financial security for future generations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

- The primary responsibility is to meet with clients along with Private Bankers to discern their wishes, draft appropriate documents including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, advise on estate.

- Performs a wide variety of functions to support the firm's Estate Planning practice. Communicates with financial advisors, insurance agents and companies, accountants, other members of the client's "team" when authorized to do so by the client as may be necessary to complete the engagement.

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Ensure regulatory compliance.

- High relationship management orientation: ability to forge effective relationships.

- Strong focus on service delivery

- Execution oriented, i.e., driven to achieve results.

Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities:

- Assist relationship managers in understanding the subject and do client meetings with them.

- Maintain Confidentiality and sensitivity regarding clients' personal and financial information.

- Review and update existing estate plans to ensure they reflect changes in the client's circumstances or laws.

Education Qualification: Graduation: Finance, JD, LLM
