Job Description
- Having experience in debt-listed NBFC/HFC for around 6-12 years.
- Qualified Company Secretary with LLB as an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act and SEBI Regulations
- Well-versed with end-to-end procedural compliances towards issuance of Debt securities (preferable)
- Maintaining the database, tracking shareholding of Designated Persons, obtaining initial/periodic/continual disclosures from the Designated Persons as per SEBI (PIT) Regulations, Compiling the agenda papers for circulating it to the members of Board/respective Committee.
- Drafting Notice/Minutes/Transcript/Outcome/Proceeding of General Meeting.
