Position Overview:
Job Title: Program Manager - Strategy and Innovation Collections
Band/ Grade:
Reporting To: Head Strategy and Innovation - Collections Department: Retail Finance
Job Location: Gurugram
State: Delhi - NRC
Key Responsibilities:
- The strategic goal for this role is to analyse the funnel, identify initiatives to improve collections and ensure cross functional collaboration with IT, Analytics, Product, Digital Marketing, MarTech team etc. to maintain quality and performance of undertaken initiatives/projects.
- Program Manager is responsible for identifying, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives that assist with overall collections.
- Monitor daily allocation and performance for each bucket and analyse reasons for change in metrics and identify initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Present regular updates to management on collections efficiency with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any change from status quo.
- Work with cross functional teams to drive transformation, such as implementing new technologies across audit, governance, customer service, policy adherence and compliance.
- Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors and manage budgets for projects with accountability for established goals.
- Run command center and track if daily performance is in accordance with created strategy/targets
- Design the channel allocation and the secondary allocation to the last mile strategy
- Run pilots for different initiatives (ex. In-housing) and measure success of initiatives
- Identify cohorts for targeted initiatives and design initiatives
Other Responsibilities:
- Monthly product performance reporting, updating reporting decks & management reviews
- Providing support to product managers through market analysis, forecasting and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria for the Job:
Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 college
Work Experience:
- 10+ years of prior work experience in business or product development
- Last 2- 3 years of employment must be specifically in collection management (preferably, Two-wheeler loan)
Technical Skills:
- Experience of working with product sales data and knowledge of reporting tools.
- Expertise in collections, Product Analysis, etc.
- Ability to integrate and analyse information / data for Management Presentation.
