Product Director - Network Modelling & Optimization/Transformation & Innovation - IT (18-28 yrs)

NOTE - Shld have experience in:

- Product management in supply chain with UK or US stake holder experience.

- Product roadmap, supply chain capabilities, demand planning process

- Mandatory any tool experience: OMP or 09 or Aera or Kinaxis,Blueyonder

- As a key member of our Supply Chain Tech Transformation team, you will focus on driving new capabilities, which deliver significant impact and value not only through inspiring next generation approaches but also helping to achieve results that allow us to make better & faster strategic network decisions based on accurate data and respond quickly to changing supply and market conditions to achieve our business objectives.

- As our Product Director Network modelling & Optimization you are accountable for driving the vision, strategy and product roadmap within the GSC business unit for all Global Network modelling activities, covering various tools including advanced planning, decision intelligence and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead your teams in developing vision, strategy and roadmap and ensure delivery of the capabilities for your product.

- Ensure that Agile standard operating model, ceremonies and culture are embedded within the product team ways of working.

- Coach and develop your product team to become effective team members that only develop and ship valuable work, focused on data-driven decision making and customer centricity.

- Coach your team in how to determine and understand your customer's needs better than anyone, through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.

- Work with colleagues from multi-disciplinary backgrounds to set a clear and cohesive strategy for your product area, whilst still maintaining space to incorporate new ideas along the journey.

- Rigorously apply the scientific method and lean start-up thinking to set hypotheses, design experiments, test assumptions and break-down complex problems into smaller chunks

- Measure the impact of all new work released on your roadmap, close the value loop and ensure adoption.

- Work as a servant-leader, reducing dependencies, removing blockers and co-ordinating with other product teams and key stakeholders.

- Ensure that within product you adopt strategies and tools (e.g JIRA, Aha!) to accelerate speed to value

- Maintain high credibility and deliver real value by shipping product that make our users' lives easier.

- Act as a leader to enhance and elevate Product Management as a discipline within Tech

Qualifications & Skills:

Basic Qualifications:

- You have a BA/BSc degree in any discipline with 18+ years of overall experience

- Extensive experience in developing successful technology planning solutions, with experience in OMP preferably, but also SAP, 09, Aera, Kinaxis

- Preferably experience in being part of a significant transformation programme

- You have led teams that have developed successful Planning software products from concept to adoption - (Scale of between 3-10) in both direct and matrix organization model.

- You have directly managed product managers/analysts and are passionate about developing people

- You have a broad and detailed understanding of product management techniques including customer development, discovery & primary research, lean start-up method and industrialization/scaling-up

- You have enough technical knowledge to understand your team's software products
