We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.

Lead Generation Prospecting:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
Research potential clients and build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
End-to-End Sales:
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate terms and agreements to meet customer needs and achieve win-win outcomes.
Achieving Sales Quota:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track and report sales activities and results using CRM tools.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team and SDR team to align on lead generation strategies.
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition post-sale.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Education Work Experience
5 years in inside sales, lead generation, or a related field, preferably in Hospitality/SaaS.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Knowledge:
Experience in inside sales, desk sales business development.
Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
Skills:
Sales Skills: Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Sales loft or similar platforms.
