Associate Product Manager

• We are looking for a Associate ProductManager for the DaaS Business. The Candidate will be responsible forshaping and delivering data products that empower our clients to makedata-driven decisions, optimize their daily operations, and achieve theirbusiness objectives.
• This role requires a curious,technically proficient, and data- savvy individual who can effectivelycollaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders at alllevels, and work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-marketstrategies.

How your day will look like/Job responsibility

• Conductuser research to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences.
• Validateproduct prototypes using design thinking concepts, ensuring that the finalproduct meets user expectations.
• Gaina deep understanding of client needs and objectives, translating this knowledgeinto data product features that enhance their daily efficiency.
• Continuouslygather feedback to improve and refine data products to meet evolving clientrequirements.
• Utilizeyour expertise in data analysis to create insightful dashboards and reportsthat provide actionable insights to clients.
• Workon large datasets, extracting meaningful information and presenting it in auser- friendly format.
• Collaboratewith Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies fornew data products.
• Articulatethe vision of the product to prospective clients, showcasing its value andimpact.
• Divedeep into complex problem statements, leveraging your strong analytical skillsto extract insights from large datasets.
• Usedata-driven approaches to identify opportunities and recommend solutions thatalign with our clients' objectives.
• Collaboratewith various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and engineering,to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable productfeatures.
• Maintainopen lines of communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed about theprogress and impact of data product initiatives.
• Possessa solid technical foundation, allowing you to effectively communicate withengineering teams and bridge the gap between technical and non-technicalstakeholders.
• Understanddata architecture, tools, and technologies relevant to data productdevelopment.

Education Work Experience:

• 6 - 8 years of experience with ProductManagement or similar profile/role.
• Graduation/ Post Graduation in related fields with excellent communications skills.

Knowledge:

• Skilled in data analysis techniques such as statistical analysis, data mining, and datavisualization to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Strongsoftware proficiency, with a preferred understanding of SaaS data products.

Skills:

• Skilled at communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders andcollaborating with cross-functional teams to transform requirements intoactionable product features.
• Excellentanalytical and critical thinking abilities to identify opportunities, resolvechallenges, and propose solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Possessesa strong operational perspective with well-articulated, fact-based opinions.
