Specialist - Product Operations

We are seeking a Product Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting product management and development operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing product processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives that enhance product delivery and performance. This role ensures that product teams have the tools, data, and processes they need to build and deliver great products efficiently.

How your day will look like/Job responsibility

• Configure and on-board new customers, delivery endpoints for Adaras Cortex platform (DMP).
• Curate Audiences based on Customer requirements using Adara proprietary APIs.
• Deliver audiences to platforms to marketing platforms within SLAs outlined by the Adara policy.
• Build dashboards and automation for tracking system, process and application issues to monitor and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot application issues, resolve or escalate to engineering for timely resolution.

Education Work Experience

• Have 4+ years of experience writing and deploying production code.
• Bachelors degree in related field.

Knowledge

• Experience working in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Strong ability to understand and translate customer needs into a solution design and implementation.
• Proficient in SQL, and Python.
• Proficient in cloud (GCP, AWS or Azure) and cloud technologies.
