Business Development Manager (Inside Sales)

Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• To generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
• To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company' products and services.
• To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.
• To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
• To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
• To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
• Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.
• Keep prospective client database updated
• Make cold calls for new business leads

Job Requirements:

• should have 2-4 years of sales experience with hands on experience of entire sales cycle

• Excellent written and oral communication and English skills

• Internet savvy and basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Preferable industries are Media, B2B Dot Com, Concept Selling etc

• Must have strong interpersonal and networking skills

• should be a Team player who can integrate with the sales team

• An aggressive & mature personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role. Functional Skills Required
