Performance Marketing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Support Marketing Manager in delivery of effective marketing programs that achieve companys objectives
• Assist in execution a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial and distribution, including the day-to-day execution across marketing campaigns and promotions primarily on LinkedIn and Google
• Support the development and execution of marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables as needed for maximum benefit
• Build skill sets and apply that knowledge in achieving marketing objectives for the company
• Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
• Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns, participating in brainstorming sessions to execute marketing plans for internal and external projects
• Plan and implement various marketing campaigns for brand-building and lead generation that align with overall company goals and sales targets
• Help gather, analyze and present brand, competitor insights, trends, and data
• Contribute to other lead generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as media promotion, networking, email marketing, webinar promotions, etc
• Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including press release distribution
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals using Zoho CRM platform
• Conduct research on market trends, brands audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
• Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team

• Requirements Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in performance marketing
• Hands-on experience developing campaigns and promotions on LinkedIn, Google
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working with a team and individually.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skill, and presentationability.
