Job description
Role & responsibilities
• Provide timely and effective support to clients regarding their ERP system inquiries and issues.
• Offer guidance on ERP system functionalities and best practices to enhance user experience.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to the ERP system.
• Assist clients with system updates, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients through various channels.
• Keep clients informed about the status of their support requests and any changes in the system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in the ERP system and support
services.
Qualifications:
1. Graduation is mandatory.
2. Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
3. Previous experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in a technology or ERP
company.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
NOTE: We are actually looking for candidates who can speak Hindi, Tamil or Malayalam.
