JOB DESCRIPTION

Rain Cements, a thirty-seven-year-old company headquartered in Hyderabad and known for manufacturing and marketing Priya Cement, is seeking an experienced Supervisor - Housekeeping who will play a pivotal role in housekeeping works at its plantUnit 2: Sreepuram, Boincheruvupalli (V), Peapully (M), Nandyal (Dist.), Andhra Pradesh.

Role & responsibilities

• Conducting annual inspection of units and equipment and submitting reports to building manager.
• Assists with HSE Activities.
• Allocates hosing keeping services includes deep cleaning, marble polishing & carpet shampooing.
• Conducting routine maintenance inspections, complying with health and safety policies, and ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Supervising housekeeping inventory, manpower, and work management, ensuring efficient operations.
• Managing machinery maintenance related to housekeeping, horticulture, and technical operations.
• To maintain proper hygiene, these services prevent and control pests like insects, rodents, and other animals.

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in housekeeping works in the cement industry or any manufacturing industry.
• Issue cleaning equipment and supplies to the staff for respective duties.
• Preparing all equipment history cards and checks lists as per site layout.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Maintained and followed E.H.S. Policies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems
• Fluency in Telugu and English
