Assistant Manager - Transfer Pricing

Rain Group Taxation department is seeking a full-time employee who has sound knowledge on the transfer pricing regulations and documentation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Need to review the inter-company transactions across group and document and finalize the transfer pricing policy to be maintained across group
• Need to review and analyze for any new transactions and suggest teams in framing the transfer price to be applied
• Co-ordinate with consultant in completing the transfer pricing documentation for across group companies and make the necessary filings like CBCR, master file etc.
• Review the cross-boarder payments and suggest if any TDS/WHT applicable for the same.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3 to 4 years in Transfer Pricing
• Degree in Accounting and Tax

• Hands full of knowledge on Transfer pricing regulations
• Ability to work under pressure
• Time Management
• Ability to work independently

Soft Skills

• Team Management Experience
• Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Candidate must be a people leader with a positive attitude and creativity

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting and Tax
