Deputy Manager-Treasury

RAIN is seeking an Deputy Manager-Treasury to join its Global Shared Services Department.

Job description:

• Must have managed a Global Treasury Function for a multinational corporation.
• Strong understanding of daily banking operations.
• Understanding and experience of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow and various financial instruments.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments.
• Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants.
• Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team.
• Appropriate handling of sensitive information.
• Excellent time management and organizational ability.
• High level of attention to detail.

Other Responsibilities:

• Daily cash management with specific experience dealing with European Region
• Debt facilities management with specific experience dealing with European Region
• Monitoring and managing the organisation's bank relationships and liquidity management
• Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments
• Analysing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management
• Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements (if applicable)
• Interest rate risk management and risk mitigation strategies
• Team management
• Preparing management and board reports as per standard format and adhoc reports on need basis
• Liaising with senior management across the organization
• Supporting the month end process where necessary.

Required qualification:

• Preferred qualified CA or MBA from reputed institute or university will also be considered for the role
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.

Must to have Skills:

• Must have experience with European treasury
• Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and SAP

Soft Skills

• Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties.
• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Excel and Typing Skills.
