Treasury Analyst

Role & responsibilities

The Treasury Analyst will be a key member of the Corporate Treasury Function whose primary responsibilities will be related to Cash Management and Global Liquidity, but who will also be involved in support other areas such as Financial Risk Management (FX and Interest Rate Risk), Global Insurance, and controls and sox testing. The Corporate Treasury Team is lean, and the scope of projects and responsibilities will be fluid and exciting.

Preferred candidate profile

Global Cash Management& Forecasting

• Assist with managing the company daily domestic cash including setting daily cash position and reconciliation against forecast
• Assist with forecasting daily/weekly/monthly/annual cash flows for the consolidated company
• Review and analysis of data around vendor spend, bank fees, and cash flow trends
• Work with treasury team to execute domestic banking transactions and daily processes
• Assist with setting global cash positions, managing global cash balances, and optimising global banking operations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to support US EST mornings and EMEA time zones
• Bachelors degree in Finance or Economics; MBA or CTP preferred.
• 5+ years of corporate treasury experience required; banking experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of global cash management, banking operations (US & international), and payment services.
• Knowledge of risk management, global insurance, and SOX compliance is an advantage.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Professional maturity with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Adaptability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.
