Validation Officer - Civil at our Head Office location : 34,Rain Center Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana,500073

Role & responsibilities

• BOQ Preparation & Bill Checking and Certification
• Experience and exposure in the areas of validating civil works, such as material, labour, equipment, pricing norms, quantity & measurements assessment Structures interpretation of technical data etc
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
• Prepare the Project Schedule and tracking & Monitoring.
• Prepare the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports and presenting to Management.
• Work with AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera, MS Projects, and SAP.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in civil engineering.

• Minimum 20 Years of experience in Govt (PWD/ Housing / R&B / Irrigation) department.
• Experience and exposure in the areas of validating civil works, such as material, labour, equipment, pricing norms, quantity & measurements assessment Structures interpretation of technical data etc.
• Aged between 40 to 60 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Filters applied for incoming applies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Telugu and English.
